How do I configure size measurements for my products?
Go to the Products section in the SIZIT app dashboard, select a product, and enter the inner shoe measurements (length and width). Our system will use these to provide accurate recommendations to your customers.
Why doesn't the size button appear on my product pages?
Make sure you've: (1) Enabled the 'SIZIT – Global embed' in Theme Editor → App Embeds, (2) Added the 'SIZIT - Size Button' block to your product page template, and (3) Configured size measurements for the product.
Can I copy measurements to multiple products at once?
Yes! Select multiple products in the Products list, click 'Copy measurements from another product', and choose a source product. This is useful when you have products from the same brand or model.
How do I view analytics and conversion data?
Click 'Open Analytics Dashboard' from the main dashboard to see detailed usage metrics, conversion rates, and performance data for each product.
Shopify Requirements
To use SIZIT, your store must meet:
- Active Shopify store with a paid plan
- Products must have a 'Size' option variant (e.g., Size, Talla, EU)
- Theme must support app embeds (most modern themes do)
